Soul Bakery terms & conditions
To ensure you receive a high quality and absolutely fresh product, delivery is guaranteed next day with Parcelforce.
For a limited time we are offering FREE DELIVERY! (minimum order of 4 loaves). Our ususal delivery charge is £7.95 (no miminum order) and you can order up to 50 loaves (or 30 kilos).
We bake on different days every week according to which markets we are attending, so you will be contacted to let you know when your bread will be delivered.
If we are unable to bake any of the products you have ordered we will contact you to offer a replacement.
Should you receive a damaged or defective delivery, please make sure to return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the damaged item we will send you a replacement immediately. If for some reason we cannot send you a replacement, a full refund will be issued to your credit card for the price you paid for the item plus post and packaging.
